YAY WE ARE TALKING ABOUT SELLING! 
Super excited to get to this point in the podcast and THANK you for coming along the journey! 
We are talking about getting into the right mindset of a seller and what those expectations are.
Now everyone is different. This I know. 
BUT I feel as though buying and selling require two different kinds of mindsets. 
They can both be emotional but in different ways. 
There is a lot of money involved...going to different places. 
There are other factors and pieces of that puzzle that have to be put together BEFORE you can list...or at least to list effectively. 
Lastly, making sure there is open communication between you and your Realtor when it comes to price, and days on market. (this gets tricky...why? EMOTIONS!)
