Abby Willhoite, an Exercise Science major and Marine wife joins us to discuss Macros and Marriage. After graduation Abby left for college like she was "supposed" to while her boyfriend (now husband) went off to bootcamp. Abby quickly realized going away to college was not for her and left after 2 months. Abby moved home and joined the workforce in her hometown. This came with a lot of mixed emotions on how others would perceive her. Fast forward to now, Abby is married, her husband is currently deployed and Abby has unlocked this passion for healthy eating and living an active lifestyle. She has re-enrolled in college to study exercise science. In this episode she shares what a typical day looks like, how she tracks her macros, and what finding this passion has done for her.
