This episode was hard, and its not just for you moms out there.  This is a story of what happens when we dont honor ourselves and the lessons I learned getting pregnant and then post pregnancy.  This was life changing for me but also so painful.  I definitely cried recording this, but i wanted to share in case it could help anyone at all!
