After a decade building and scaling startups, Frenchie knew she wanted to build her own business over those years. But she kept putting it off and saying "I'll do that by the time I have kids." After having her first child and realizing she was still in my job, In 2020, after already having her first child, she was laid off. Even though it all felt "wrong," she knew it was finally time to do right by her aspirations and do "the thing."
