In this episode I discuss what my experience was like at a tantra workshop I attended during my trip to Costa Rica. This was my first time ever taking a workshop like this, I had no idea what to expect! Except you know.. that there was probably going to be some parts related to sexuality lol. We tried out many different techniques and I felt more in touch with my body, had a greater appreciation for it afterwards and I felt connected with all the women who attended. It was a heart-opening experience that I try my best to summarize in this episode!
