We are all overwhelmed with messages to do more. Buy more. Spend more time online. But for what.
Of course we know that the people selling us these ads, just want to make money off us. But it's deeper than that. If your in the US we are all living in a culture that needs to do more and spend more.
Do more because we have to keep up with the latest trends. Spend more because we need to have the latest gadgets. But no one really talks about sitting still. It's gotten to the point that most of us don't even know how to sit still.
