We've all dealt with trauma of some kind in our lives - it's a part of life. And while we may think we've done everything to deal with and handle past trauma, unexpectedly they can rear their ugly head and resurface - making us feel as though we're living through it again. In today's episode I talk about what we, as followers of Christ, should do when trauma resurfaces in our lives and to remind you that Jesus destroyed the power that trauma holds on the cross.
