Hi friends! IT"S THE LAST EPISODE OF 2024!!! And in light of that I wanted to take a different approach to new years- I wanted to stop and have us all reflect on the year we've had instead of just moving right on to the next. I talk about planting seeds in your life, seeds that have sprouted, seeds that are still rooting, and seeds you have yet to plant. I also talk about getting to know your self and looking back at this past year to do so. Lots of other fun reflect-y things and analogies that I think will hopefully inspire you to slowdown, take a breath, and look back... before moving forward.
