Living in a country rife in civil war, of Iran, under strict Muslim rule. His parents raised him and his brothers in moral codes to help navigate the world around them, but it was the lessons from his father that he truly learned about dealing with people and business. Then his world shifted immensely when the family had to move across waters to Canada in order to save their lives. Canada was a strange place of learning and serious loss.
