This class is all about the strength and mobility of your inner leg. We will work through a variety of stretching and mobilising techniques, a squat-based sun salutation, and a focused approach to standing poses to lead up to some deep side lunges and squats. As we do it, we'll work with an exhale-based breath for relaxation. You will need a brick and a yoga bolster. Enjoy!(All Levels/60 Minutes)
