The dreaded day has come. The landmark Supreme Court case granting women the constitutional right to an abortion, Roe v. Wade, has been overturned after nearly 50 years. It was a 6-3 decision written by Justice Alito. This overtly political decision has ominous implications for not only for reproductive health access, but for constitutional protections for contraceptives, gay marriage, and intimate sexual conduct. It's a dark fucking time to be a woman or person with a uterus in the United States.
