While getting a master's degree in leadership development he started and ran a successful financial advisory firm for more than 10 years. Today, he works as an HCM Business Consultant for Paychex where he has helped over 500 business businesses navigate HR, Compliance, and benefits as well as streamlining and integrating their systems to save significant admin time, minimize risk, and scale quickly. Mark has been with Paychex for 7 years and his passion is problem solving, and strategic planning to help business owners accomplish their goals.
