Most of us have multiple examples in our lives of when we “talked the talk” but did not “walk the walk”. This exhibits hypocrisy, lack of integrity, and a deep internal conflict. For those who value modeling and leading by example, closing the gap of our internal conflict is a confronting and beautiful journey. How do you want to be witnessed in this life? What are the core values that drive you towards your higher self? As we heal our inner conflict, our interaction with the external world follows suit. Less hypocrisy, more integrity, more alignment everywhere. That’s a pretty powerful way to live!
