My guest today is a single parent and accomplished businessman. Mark Aylward gained sole custody of his 3 children representing himself (he is not an attorney). Our conversation focuses on how Mark made a decision early on in his failing marriage to "Beetter" for his children, not bitter.

Mark has 35 years of experience in the technical staffing space as an owner/operator. He has generated over $75 million in revenue and created 4 millionaires that he's aware of. Mark built and sold 2 multimillion-dollar companies and has hired and trained hundreds of salespeople and recruiters. He found work for all three of his young adult children out of school and then helped them all start their own companies online.

Mark now offers executive coaching, with a focus on helping people in career transition to make big decisions and empowering them to become great leaders at home and at work.
