Yerp, our last episode of this year.. HOLY MOLEY!!!!

This year has been a test to all of us in so many ways. For me, it has really SHOWN me what’s important to me and what’s not. I’ve chosen in every single moment this year to learn from it and allow it to be the reason I continue to grow and evolve forward even when I felt the most squeezed.

I don’t wait until the end of the year to reflect, I do it DAILY but as I have been looking over 2020 the past week I wanted to share with you things I learned about myself rather than this time of year been more ‘busy’ or ‘overwhelmed’. I’m allowing myself FULL permission to slow down and reflect.

I believe YOU have in you right now to just start whatever that is not wait until a new year to start being who you're here to be. 

Also a huge THANK YOU for this year, tuning in and your support. I am so bloody grateful and I love this space that we share here and can not WAIT to bring more and more for you in 2021.
