In this episode I talk you through my unique mindset on overwhelm and why I rarely experience it and if I do HOW I catch it very quickly and dissolve it to continue to move. 

Something I am asked a lot is “How have you done it all without getting overwhelmed”. I’ve learnt key things along the way that have significantly compounded over the years that now I’m just someone who refuses to be limited by the ‘overwhelm’ conversation with myself.

Tall Poppy Syndrome, comparison and cutting people down is far to ‘normalised’ in our culture and it doesn’t need to be. We all get to thrive in whatever is important for you.

Hey, I’m back in your earballs from some amazing episodes!

In this episode, I decided to go deeper into an IG post that I wrote around my relationship with Daniel.

“10 things I’ve learnt about relationships after 10 years together” and I decided to add “how this applies to business” also.

In June, we celebrated 10 years together and I am very happy about that. The marriage we have and the relationship we have cultivated is one of my biggest accomplishments.

I realised though all my wisdom and insights apply directly to business also and how these Top 10 understandings will help you deepen not only your relationships but your business too.

1: Communication makes a relationship work! It can make, break or heal, so choose them wisely but use them!

2: Your partner will grow at their own speed. Give them the room to find their own path on their own timeline!

3: Create a powerful context to step into. One that shapes the way you see your partner as the king!

4: Roles will support structure and create a clear understanding of where you both stand!

5: Boundaries are so needed in the beginning. Without them the foundation will be built on wobbly ground!

6: Healing isn’t linear. Be willing to continue the work. Speaking into it once will not be enough!

7: Lean in when you want to lean out. Choose love especially when it’s easier not too!

8: Play, have fun, stay curious, give freedom. Be willing to continually reinvent the relationship to find newness!

9: Integrity. Your level of truth, honesty and heart will determine the depths you can go. Be willing to ‘loose’ the relationship to honour integrity!

10: Your partner is a beautiful mirror for you if you allow yourself to explore and vice versa. Becoming self-responsible will change it all!
