Carly Truitt, fitness coach and co-owner of BTY (Better Than Yesterday)-a gym in her hometown of Marysville, OH-joins Dr. Nutt to chat around the hemispheres of nutrition and stress, fitness and movement, and so much more.  

Carly shares with us that the philosophy behind BTY and her approach to fitness and health is to create small, seemingly insignificant steps every single day that are just a LITTLE better than yesterday.  Over time, these small steps add up and before you know it you are noticeably more energetic, feel more alive, and have more confidence and joy in your life.
