In this raw and vulnerable episode, Grace discusses her experiences with low body image and body dysmorphia, and how therapy has helped her understand her thought processes, rationalise, and become more self-aware.


It is not uncommon for competitors to experience body image struggles. It is something we can all go through at varying points in our journey. However, many competitors do not do the crucial mental work beyond just bodybuilding. Grace believes that doing so can ultimately help many competitors understand their feelings about their body, improve their relationship with the process of competing, and manage post-prep challenges.
