This topic has come up in so many conversations lately, and I have heard so many women speaking on the feelings of imposter syndrome. It is a bit of a buzzword right now in the self-improvement arena and may be as common as breathing in women. In my work as a coach specializing in identity and purpose coaching, I have come to recognize this as a pervasive problem among women. As we begin to understand our true identity and get to know the woman we were designed to be, we learn to see this with a different lens. This allows us to address the emotions and make a plan to dispel them.
Here is the three-step plan:
