This is one topic that alot of people ask me for advice on. These tips are not meant to take the enjoyment away from social events, but if you are working towards a goal, there might be one or two tips that could be useful for you. Social events are important for health and wellbeing and don't have to be stressful if you are working towards a fat loss goal. Practicing moderation and being sensible with choices will help you enjoy social events, whilst still working towards a goal that is important to you.
