I had my first plant medicine experience while in Costa Rica and tried San Pedro. It was an incredible ceremonial experience to be surrounded by new friends, dancing for 15 hours in the forest, everyone dressed up in costume and on their individual journey but all healing together. I discuss the details of the ceremony, my intention for the medicine, the affect the medicine had on me and much more.
