Everything comes at a cost and that cost is typically your time. On this episode we talk about the balance of taking on new responsibilities, but also not taking them all on at once. Sometimes we can get overwhelmed by the feeling of wanting to do more, have more, and be more, but it can be important to slow down and take inventory of what you currently have going on.
