This deal has been a nightmare for many reasons. Starting off with one of the worst tenants I have ever encountered, it was extremely difficult getting him to leave and the long evection process didn't help.
While we were in the middle of escrow the city shuts us down for doing construction. Then they make us pull permits and 13 months later we are still in escrow! Listen to how this could've all been avoided and how to avoid this mistake. It has been an absolute nightmare.
