Today I got Jule Kim back on the show to talk about red & green flags in relationships. This is Part 1. This episode stems from our Emotional Intelligence episode. I think everyone in listening has a story of red flags, which indicate unhealthy toxic behaviors in relationships. Jule and I share a couple red flag stories from past relationships, & the denial that may come with it. The red flags we discuss on this episode are: overcontrolling behavior, lack of trust & low self-esteem. I was so engaged in this conversation & didn't realize I went over the time limit so we have to save the rest of the red flags & green flags for the next episode.
