Cuff & Mo make a trip to Grand Prairie to sit down with the Amya and Jerrod Collins, the owners of ItSo Vegan. The Ft. Worth natives open up about their background and how the lessons they learned as children helped them in their journey to ownership of one of the best vegan eateries in all of DFW. Amya describes how the need to help her son started her down the path of veganism and how she eventually found herself providing meals for cancer patients and had no choice but to open up a restaurant.
