The DFW native talks about how being introduced to cigars by her brother in-law set her on a path that would see her leave a 20 year career in the barber industry so she could open up a lounge of her own. Roz opens up about the challenges she faced as a female owner in a male dominated business and what she learned about herself during the journey just to get the doors open.
