People-pleasing is something that we all have done at some point. When does it become a problem? It can result in not sharing how you really feel and lead to a lot of personal frustration. It can also escalate all the way to becoming a victim in important areas in your life because you couldn't stand up for yourself.
In this episode, I discuss why we do it, the consequences, and some ways to start shifting out of this bad habit.
I also share how being a peacemaker is NOT a bad thing, but like any good thing, our greatest strengths can be our greatest weakness.
If you're looking to change this, this episode is for you!
