To say the least this year has had some unexpected turns to say the LEAST. However, we can look at these situations from a growth perspective or we can be held prisoner in our thoughts and everyday lives. Trust me I am not all sunshine and rainbows. I actually have a lot of stormy days, but I try to learn from them and let them happen.  Life is too short and hearing the words "I never expected this!" from my patients has been changing my perspective lately.
