• Fight Night Fajitas: We cook the Valley trinity and cook way more than fajitas, chicken, and sausage.   
• Xmas Party: We cook up some briskets for our Christmas barbecue party. 
• Brisket Enchiladas: With all the brisket we had left over we decide to call our compa Eddie and make some brisket enchiladas.  
• World Steak- We are still looking for sponsors for the World Steak Championship.
