• Joe Tips: I share some joe tips on how to select a brisket.  
• Tacos Mi Gente : We pay a visit to see our friends at Tacos Mi Gente.  Jaime tries it for the first time. 
• Plancha Weber Stir Fry:  I have some problems with my Blackstone so I improvise with another heat source. 

40-50 mins: Eats and Drinks   

• Gin & Juice: Jaime and I try Snoop and Dre's new Selzer water.  
• Jes Pryles - Jess shows how to make bacon whiskey and a new way to marinade steaks. 
• Meat Dad - We talk about a video where Meat Dad makes a 3 min ribeye.
