• ECISD Cookoff: The teachers from the Edinburg Schools get together for a cookoff and Phil won the whole thing. 
• Xmas Fish Fry/Shrimp Boil: Eric and Johnny cook up a fish fry and shrimp boil. 
• Eddie's BBQ: Eddie cooks up a feast with the Valley trinity, beef ribs, pork ribs, bacon wrapped mollejas, jalapeno poppers and all the fixings.
