One thick slice bologna, maybe ½” thick, that’s the most common suggestion, or you could use 2 or 3 thinner slices right out of the package. To get the most flavor the best way is to fry it in a bit of oil until the meat is crisp at the edge, then top it with American cheese and serve it on a hamburger bun with regular yellow mustard. You can play with the combination, but the basic form is the best. They’ll love it and pay much more than you think.
