So Tim Cook wakes up at 4:30am daily in the morning. I will not tell you to wake up at this time but let take another example have you ever thought when does billionaires wakes up in the morning time that is Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk they wakes up around 6-7am daily in the morning. At this time the whole world gets up and start thier busy daily routine and sometimes we wakes up in a hurry to go to office, school and colleges and therefore your routine starts in a hurry manner. So i would recommend you not to wake up at this time. The best to to wake up is around 6-7am in the morning. The great thing of waking up early is you can spend your time with yourself for Self-assesment and growth in the life by using affirmation. The science behind waking up early is literally interesting in morning time there are lots of positive energy you can feel and accomplish, you will be self motivated and inspired. If you wake up early you are ahead of the world and may be reaching your goal earlier. Now how to wake up is the question yes that's where the habit part comes. Since waking up early requires lot of self commitments and awareness about why should you wake up and that we have already talked about here now comes self commitment which is how to develop that quality? So first you have to observe your routine pattern and what time you want to wake up. If you figure out that than now try to set an alarm 5-10 min earlier of what you were waking up earlier and in the same manner you have to reduce the time by 5-10 minutes. This will help you to break your past time routine and create new one and after practicing this several times you will be able to wake at your desire time and you will become self committed and disciplined throughout the life.
