I had an interesting question pop into my DM's.  Kandi from Georgia is starting a Real Estate team and wanted to know if she should allow the admin they are hiring to also close real estate deals.

Allow or expect Kandi?  That's my big question.  Because there's a HUGE difference in the two concepts and they can make or break a good admin experience with your team.
