There is so much power in letting go off the past in order to enjoy the future; I know it’s hard but it MUST be done. Life is never meant to be perfect and sometimes our traumas are meant to be the best part of our journey. However; for some people they are stuck on the negative side of the trauma and instead of embracing it they dwell on it. In addition forgiveness to the people who hurt us is equally important in having a successful future. I hope after finishing this episode we will find space in our hearts to forgive, accept and let it all go.
