Welcome back to Closets and Cocktails! This week we highlight a gorgeous office/library while sipping on one of our favorite cocktails- a Hugo Spritz. Check out the recipe below and drink along with us!
Hugo Spritz Recipe:
1/2 ounce St-Germain
1 sprig mint
4 ounces prosecco, chilled
1 ounce soda water, chilled
Garnish: mint sprig
Garnish: lemon wheel
Here’s how I make this light and floral cocktail:
-Start by pouring a splash of St. Germain into a wine glass and toss in a fresh mint sprig. Gently press the mint to release the flavor — no need to smash it — then let it sit for about 3 minutes so the flavors can mingle.
-Next, add some ice to the glass, then pour in prosecco and a little soda water. Give it a gentle stir — just enough to mix it all together without losing the bubbles.
-To finish it off, garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a lemon wheel. It’s crisp, refreshing, and super easy to sip
Enjoy and we'll see you next time!
