On our March 2020 episode of KTP, we talk with we talk with Meg Temple: executive director of the CARE HOUSE of the Pee Dee.CARE HOUSE is a children's advocacy center that works with victims of abuse and their families by offering supportive services and prevention by raising community awareness.Meg has worked as executive director of CARE HOUSE since 2013, managing a staff of 14, plus a facility dog: McGuffy, a trained service dog specializing in easing anxiety in abuse victims. She is a licensed professional counselor and licensed professional counselor supervisor. Meg holds a bachelors of science degree in psychology from Presbyterian College and a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Francis Marion University.
