Alexis is an adaptive powerlifter who built her platform by empowering and advocating for disability inclusion in the fitness space and amongst strength training specifically. Despite being limited to some conventional methods of movement, she’s found many ways to use adaptive equipment to make strength training an activity she can be a part of. The beauty of movement is that it can take on many forms and finding the right way to show up for YOU is what matters.
