Craig Campbell is the Girls Varsity Basketball Coach at Clovis West High School.  Craig is one of the best coaches in the entire United States and has over 600 wins during his 20+ year career.  In 2017 his team was the consensus National Champion based on three National publications.  Craig is relentless in his approach to improve his own knowledge to better equip his teams for success on and off the court.  We have a very candid conversation about his growth mindset, competition, how he runs his program like a business and his basketball philosophies on offense, defense and coaching effort.  For all my basketball enthusiasts this is a great episode!
