Hi BesTEAs! Recently, there have been lots of conversations on social media about the idea that women and men have different oral conditions, bringing up the need for 'women-specific toothpaste'.
But... can we trust everything we see on the internet?
In this episode, I spill the tea (as neutral as possible) about the truth behind women vs men's teeth/saliva and what that means in terms of toothpaste.
BTW I kept pronouncing xylitol wrong - so sorry besTEAs😠I didn't even realise until I edited this episode... so if you hear me saying something and you aren't sure what I am saying, it most likely is xylitol🥲
Also, you can check out any references I used in this episode on my Substack (linked at the bottom)!
