This week on Coaching Routes Podcast, we were joined by UTSA Associate Head Coach, Mike Peck. Coach Peck comes from a very decorated coaching path, with stops in Division I & II, the NBA G League and the High Schoo Prep ranks. During Coach Peck's time at Findlay Prep, they were 157-8, which included 3 National Championships. Coach talks about the idea of being 'ready' vs being 'prepared', overusing the phrase, "my guy", biding his time in the trenches, making himself a need and much more.
