Synopsis:
Can God truly redeem the darkest moments of our lives? Is there hope even when we can't see our way through? Amy Hinkle comes to encourage us that yes! There is always hope. As a doula, a homeschooling mom of 6, and a foster mom, she shares her deepest tragedy with her sweet Rhiannon and how that forever changed the trajectory of her life. In this epiosde you'll not only hear how God redeemed her grief, but also redeemed her life and gave her new purpose.
In this episode you will hear:
- Amy's encouragement that nothing is beyond God's ability to redeem and restore.
- This is NOT a "quick fix" and silver lining messages are not welcomed.
- We can find hope through the stories of the Bible to know that God's faithfulness then will remain with us now.
- We are encouraged to use our stories to be a lifeline for others to see that wholeness and healing is possible.
Resources mentioned:
- Grief Share
- Anchored: A Gathering for Women
- The Growing Place
- Connect with Amy at @bigmamahink on IG
- Listen to her daughter's episode (Adriana Hinkle) Connecting with Young Adults
