Karen is a retired nurse who struggled for 30 years with food and weight, trying diet after diet and failing every time. At 42, she was burned out, physically and mentally unwell, and had thoughts of ending her life. When she finally got the help she needed, she realized that if she couldn't change her circumstances, she had to change her thoughts and emotions and take back control of her life. She found the confidence and self-worth to leave her unhealthy marriage, lose 100 pounds, and change her life. Karen's passion is helping others find this same freedom.
