The events of 2020/21 triggered a mass rising of compassionate leadership around the globe.  Not everywhere.  But enough to be remarkable. 

Our people were suffering.  We had to step up and support them.  They needed this, our businesses required it.

Now ... many organisations are facing the requirement for a return to pragmatism.  Kindness on its own is not enough for ongoing organisational flourishing and profitability.
