Ep. 21 Listen to This When You're Triggered Over the Holidays

Listen Later

Ram Dass, the spiritual teacher, once said, “If you think you are enlightened, go and spend a week with your family.”

In this episode, we’re diving into navigating family dynamics, triggered and reactive states, and confronting our emotional patterns during the holidays.

We’ll discuss why the holidays (especially family dynamics) can be so triggering and bring up so many emotions, through the lens of integration.

We’ll also dive into ways to cope, key things to keep in mind, and how to move through challenging experiences and dynamics, and different energetics to create healing depending on your situation.
