As long-time To Be Magnetic (TBM) followers, we discuss how we personally navigate tests, what to do when the answer doesn't feel clear, why tests can be complicated when trauma is clouding our perception and how to move forwards when, frankly, we have no idea what to do.

I dive into how I unpacked the situation, what "shadows" I uncovered and what the situation revealed about my values. In this episode I talk about doing shadow work with the people who trigger us on social media. We chat about:

In this episode I discuss why we sometimes get stuck in "endless healing spiral" or a bottomless pit of shadow work and how to get out of this vortex.

There comes a time on the healing journey where many of us need to discover a greater meaning and purpose to life than just healing and transformation, even if that is still an important part of our lives (as I know it is for me)!

Here are some of the selfish reasons you should create content: it builds confidence, forces you to confront your shadow, helps you find your voice, leads to developing really valuable skills, holds you accountable to something, and SO MUCH MORE.

Yes, create content because you can monetize it, build a business, etc. etc. etc. but you should also do it for your own self-expansion (if you feel called).

These are 4 ways to approach content creation (and creativity in general) as a means for your own transformation.
