In this episode we have on a past client and friend for a PART 2 to her story of leaving behind an affair with a married man.

In this episode I talk about my journey moving through insecurities, intense self-criticism & dislike, into the authentic embodiment of who I really am.

I talk about being a sensitive and emotional person and how I've leveraged this "shadow" (among many others) to transform into who I am today.

Emotional Alchemy is a comprehensive emotional alchemy and shadow integration course. It walks you step by step through the energetics of emotion - the process I've distilled down and that I personally used (and continue to use) to transform my emotional pain, erase my triggers, and dissolve my shadows, stepping out of the cycles that keep me stuck into more and more of who I truly am.

Emotional Alchemy consists of 6 modules: The Conscious Creator, The Inner Masculine, Narratives, Triggers, Shadow, and The Inner Child + Emotional Wounds.
