Dr Borger is joined by Dr Toomer, weight loss expert, as they discuss common post weight loss skin and facial changes as well as what it takes to prevent them and how to treat them.  Dr Toomer also shares her own weight loss journey and her approach to healthy weightless and wellness.  

 

Dr. Catherine Toomer is a Community Health and Family Medicine physician, a certified  hypnotherapist and Neuro Linguistic Programming  (NLP) practitioner. 

 

She is the founder of Total Wellness and Weight Health Center and the creator of the Total Wellness + Weight Loss program to prevent and reverse chronic disease using a biopsychosocial approach in those who are overwhelmed and giving up.  

 

Dr. Toomer created her program over twenty years ago to loss 100 pounds, reverse her insulin dependent diabetes, and survive postpartum cardiomyopathy when told she had a 50% chance of living 5 years.

 

Dr. Toomer is a TEDx and keynote speaker, author, coach, and  obesity treatment advocate.
