Welcome to today's episode! Grab your cacao, a nice cozy spot, and join our conversation about the power of staying centered. We believe that being grounded is a true super power! In challenging times when you are feeling vulnerable, moving with grace and kindness can make you feel powerless in the moment, but it's quite contradictory in theory. From the outside it may look as if you are weak, but this is the ego-driven power struggle we want to avoid. Finding strength in your convictions and responding with authenticity from within will support your feelings of confidence. Remember to be who you are and own it. It's a powerful and captivating sense of being as long as it's genuine. Your vibrancy will attract a higher frequency and you will learn to distance yourself from lower ones. We've found this kind of awareness supports true and deep feelings of contentment.
