Sitting around and looking and listening to motivational things doesn’t get it done. That’s why momentum is so powerful.

Motivation is not enough. Take action. 

Very small decisions add up to huge progress over time. Reading or listening to something motivational is helpful, but it won’t get you unstuck if you don’t take action. Action equals traction and momentum creates more momentum. Most of us are way too focused on getting motivated and are not focusing on creating momentum by taking action.
